With Olapic, you can approve, reject, and edit all of your community’s pictures, videos, and comments with the click of a button. Viewing individual photos is a breeze with our hover-view feature. Pictures expand into a blow-up view when you hover your mouse over individual photos allowing you to quickly scan large amounts of content at a glance. Need to approve or reject photos and videos in bulk? The Olapic CRM allows you to swiftly publish or delete large batches of user-submitted content.
Move Photos Across Galleries
Is the user-submitted content on your site in dire need of organization? Olapic makes it easy to categorize all of your users’ photos and videos for easy retrieval and display on your site. Olapic offers a variety of options that allow you to control where photos go when they are submitted. Olapic’s Twitter integration allows you to link specific hashtags to galleries so that user photos are automatically sent to specific galleries. Your galleries can also be linked to one or more of the Olapic Widget Uploaders. This allows your community photos and videos to be channeled to specific galleries of your choice when they are uploaded via one of the embedded Olapic widgets on your site.
Easily Contact & Whitelist Users
Want to get in touch with an influential photographer or grant one or more of your users Whitelist privileges? With the Olapic CRM all of the contact information for each of your users is readily available. We designed Olapic so that you can easily reach out to members of your community over email and Twitter.
If you develop a relationship with a regular user then adding them to your Whitelist is as simple as clicking a button next to their name. This allows your user to bypass the moderation queue and publish photos and videos instantaneously on your site.
