Freyja helps consumers shop for all things beauty from a wide array of brands and get inspiration from their online community. Freyja is part of Luxasia Group, the leading omnichannel partner for luxury beauty and lifestyle brands to reach Asia Pacific consumers. Freyja came to Olapic for help collecting user-generated content at scale and deploying it across their website to build a community-driven shopping experience that connects content and commerce seamlessly.

In collecting and activating UGC, Freyja has gathered insights around how consumers want to shop for beauty products and essentially co-create the experience among a community of fellow consumers, brands and influencers. Freyja has built incentive and advocate programs within the community to both generate more UGC and transform customers into loyalists and advocates.
