As giggle continued to grow its brand, the company was looking for a way to engage customers and provide them with a way to emotionally connect with their products and understand how they might work for their families. giggle wanted to create a more inspiring and personalized shopping experience, while increasing engagement and sales on their e-commerce site and other marketing channels.

The Solution

giggle leveraged visual user-generated content, or earned content, through Olapic, allowing parents to “show” rather than “tell” when showcasing their babies. Olapic is integrated on-site, prominently displayed in email campaigns, as well as within their mobile app. giggle is able to enhance the shopping experience by adding a dimension of richness and personal connection between the customer and the products being featured. Also, the brand gets to feature the adorable little customers enjoying their products!
