What do you like most about your current role?
Other than my beloved Olapic snack pantry, it’s wonderful to represent a product and service that I truly believe in. I really enjoy, and find it gratifying, to help clients develop a strategy and see their tangible results.
What’s one superpower someone in your role or team must possess in order to succeed?
Master juggler! Kind of a lame super power but Account Managers wear a ton of hats so we need to be able to stay on point at all time.
What is your favorite thing about the culture at Olapic?
The team at Olapic is comprised of fun-loving people who also happen to be passionate about their work. My team is always there for me if I need to hunker down and solve a problem. On the other hand, if I ever need to unwind and have a laugh after a long day, I never have to look far for a friend.
Where do you see the future of #EarnedContent marketing going?
In the near future, I believe an Earned Content strategy will be a staple of any brand’s digital marketing stack (if it isn’t already). More and more, consumers crave authentic content to better inform their shopping experiences, so UGC in one form or another is here to stay!
What’s one strategy tip you often find yourself sharing with brands/clients?
Be patient, be consistent! The most successful brands pick a clear hashtag strategy and promote it aggressively across all channels (online and offline). Some brands expect to go viral overnight, but the truly successful ones know how to keep it simple and stay tenacious.

Life motto/slogan or favorite quote?
“The future ain’t what it used to be.” – Yogi Berra
What’s your favorite song or album at the moment?
Anderson Paak’s Malibu. He’s a super talented musician and I just loved the vibe of the whole album. I was out in LA working for a few days and it was great windows down, volume up type music!
What’re you watching most at the moment?
Game of Thrones is my all time favorite. I’ve read all the books as well, so sometimes unlucky Olapic employees have to listen to me geek out…
If you won the lottery, what would you do?
Travel the world of course! I know that’s not the most exciting answer, but wouldn’t everybody?!
What’s your favorite Instagram account to follow and why?
I follow a fighter named Conor McGregor (@thenotoriousmma). Conor is a divisive figure in the sports world, but love him or hate him, the guy is a master of promoting himself. In my line of work, you have to appreciate expert branding!
