For those of you lucky enough to be in London this week, this is your last chance to visit the Magnum Pleasure Store Pop-up – it’s closing 13 September. This unique pop-up store was conceived as a brand activation where customers can create personalised ice cream bars and share pictures of their creations using the hashtag #MagnumLDN. The best pictures curated with Olapic are used on their microsite, and in ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, enabling Magnum to amplify the reach of this offline activation outside of the store environment.
Since Olapic’s London office is just a few metres away from the Magnum Pleasure Store we couldn’t help giving it a try ourselves. So last week we hit the Convent Garden market, the queue outside Magnum’s store and Instagramed some of our own UGC for Magnum.
Visiting The #MagnumLDN Pleasure Store: An Instagram Story
With over 9,000 photos posted to Instagram and Twitter since the store launch on 1 July, Magnum will have a huge amount of high-quality user generated content for future social posts or ads – showcasing the authentic experiences customers have whilst enjoying a Magnum.
Magnum is now selecting some of the best #MagnumLDN photography and will be leveraging Olapic to obtain customer rights and publish those images across multiple channels offline and online including in Facebook and Instagram Ads. We’re keeping our fingers crossed some of the content we took during our experience at the Pleasure Store in London last week will be amongst the selected ones.
