Walmart is aiming to increase the appeal of its website through the addition of influencer content on its product page. Walmart is among many brands that are using influencers, whose content feels more authentic and less intrusive even though it’s promoting a brand. According to a study by Olapic, 43 percent of respondents named authenticity as the top reason to trust an influencer.
